At April's Cakes we can design and make a wide selection of stacked wedding cakes perfect for your big day. You will be more than happy with the cake that you are finally presented with upon it's completion as you will have had a lot of say in the design anyway and it is great to see your ideas come to fruition.
Our stacked wedding cakes are made from sponge as most normal wedding cakes are or you can have a fruit sponge mix or carrot cakeflavour if you feel this would be better. The mixture itself will be blended with a tasty helping of rum and darkest rum at that to get the best flavour in the cake, this mixture is left to stand for three months or thereabouts so that it matures fully and gives the clients the best tasting cake that they will have ever had.
The stacked wedding cakes that we design and make for you can be done in any style or theme, this is perfect as it means that the cake can be done so it matches the outfits that the bride and bridegroom are wearing. We could even have the decorations made so that they resemble the bride and groom something that is very novel and will have guests talking.

The stacked wedding cakes taste extremely delicious and are designed to order. The fruit in the cakes is soaked in dark rum inlcuding the finiest ingredients in every cake we have ever and will ever make. The cake is matured for twelve weeks coated with marzipan and icing and then decorated to meet the request of the clients.
