My Sponges are wonderful and moist and come in many flavours Vanilla Madeira, Carrot,  lemon/orange drizzel, Belgian White/ dark chocolate with liquer ganache fillings or Just Jam and Buttercream Taster available on request.

I'm always asked are my Fruit Cakes moist they are not only moist but have a wonderful flavour infused in Dark Rum for a fortnight then baked a left to mature for 4 months . Again taster available on request.
