Cakes that taste wonderful, made and designed to order

The fruit is then soaked in dark Rum before use, the finenesst of ingredients are used at all times. Our cakes are matured for three months infused with dark rum, the cakes are coated with marzipan and iced then decorated with material chosen to suit the Bride and Groom.

Handmade sugar decorations, flowers etc can match colours or the theme they choose.

Prices
Prices depend both upon the number of tiers required and the complexity of the design. The following typical prices are exclusive of delivery and accessory hire charges.

A non-returnable booking deposit of £50 is needed in order to secure a
Booking. The remaining balance of order must be paid 14 days prior to the event

Customers who supply their own fruit cakes for icing and decoration will benefit from a small price reduction. Delivery, setting up and colleting is provided at a cost of £30

• Diabetic fruit cake. A combination of types can be provided if required.
• Tasters can be provide on request
• Please note that some cakes may have a trace of nuts.

The size of a three tier cake is as follows

Top tier 6" provides 16 - 36 portions
Middle tier 8" provides 33 - 61 portions
Bottom tier 10" provides 53 - 93 portions

Whole cake three tier sponge cakes= 102 fruit 190 portions

Two tier 8"+10" sponge cake = 86 portions fruit cake = 154 portions

Square

The size of a three tier cake is as follows

Top tier 6" provides 18 - 36 portions
Middle tier 8" provides 32 - 64 portions
Bottom tier 10" provides 50 - 100 portions

Whole cake three tier sponge cake = 100 portions Fruit cake = 200 portions

Two tier 8"+ 10" sponge cake =82 portions Fruit cake = 164 portions

Extra large tiers can be provided to cater for larger number of guests,
12" square cake = 144 portions

Round, square, hexagon, heart, and petal are available as standard
